We’re so delighted to offer a new DVD series, specifically designed for adults. Taking the same physically gentle approach as the Ballet Basics series, our Adult Ballet DVDs gives busy mums the opportunity to learn basic ballet movements in the comfort of home.

 

Adult Ballet - Volume One

Teach Me to Dance - Adult Ballet is a 30 minute long class specially designed to elongate the muscles, rebuild core strength and tone the body, while being respectful of the spine, neck, back hips, knees & ankles.

Adult Ballet - Volume One is a two disc set featuring a Stretch DVD and Ballet DVD (12 routines). It is recommended that viewers become familiar with and perform the stretches prior to moving onto the Ballet movements.
